Buyer beware
The only positive about this joke of a company is that they refunded the non delivered item quickly. They blamed me for not being in when they tried to deliver it, even though there is someone who works in the building to collect deliveries (who did so on the day they tried to deliver for other packages delivered by other companies) and also I have a post box that they could have used. It took three emails from me to get them to respond, and when they did they just accept no responsibility. Terrible customer service. high delvery costs and waiting time. I buy quite a lot of things over the internet, this is the worst company I have dealt with.
